Great experience today. Opened a savings account. Rep did their job to cross-sell products and concisely explained benefits. They were fine with me listening then saying no. Got everything done in fifteen minutes. Faster than any other bank experience I’ve had for any account any where.
The ATM beeping is so loud, the entire neighborhood knows you're making a withdrawal. Not safe at all.
ATM ate 1400 dollars of my money and they said I have to wait a week for them to count the atm to make sure. I made the deposit in front of them after cashing the check. Did not seem to care in the slightest, ridiculous “bank.”
Service shit, only comes to set one thing on my card, and on another bench it takes me less than 10min and I've already had more than 1h, service unfortunately.
I had such great Customer Service from Kevin Arsenault! I was not very nice when I thought my Credit didn’t come through. I accidentally paid my Card off twice. I was told it would take 2 weeks but it had been refunded early. I felt so bad & apologized to Kevin for my error! He was so gracious & kind & told me not to worry. Wow! What a nice guy 😊 Thanks much!!
