Just had my oldest, highest credit limit account closed without notice. On the phone for nearly an hour with three different people, including a supervisor. No resolution, not even a hint of caring about how bad this can impact a credit score. Please take your business elsewhere, they could care less about retaining customers. #bankofamericasucks
I would like to know how to get ahold of someone who can help me with my bank of America credit card. I talked to 4 people today, each one transferring me to the other. Is there a number to call where someone has any real authority to look into my problem? I went to activate a new credit card and they told me that they closed my account! What?
