Nemo and Kun were EXTREMELY helpful, I went in with several complicated issues that I thought would take multiple trips to resolve and they divided and conquered and got me sorted out in no time. Highly recommend this branch!
The staff is helpful and great to work with, but the branch is understaffed. I don’t come often, but any time I do (usually midday/early afternoon) I need to plan to burn ~30 mins because of long lines 🙁
Recently went to this branch and had an excellent experience with Nemo. Nemo was very helpful, professional, assisted me with a deposit box, and offered to help my accounts in other ways. I would definitely recommend this friendly branch. Also, I only waited for a few minutes.
If a bank officer at this branch tells you your CD will automatically renew upon maturing, DON'T BELIEVE him or her. I believed the guy in the corner office. It cost me over $2,000.00. It's clear to me why this branch has such a poor rating. It's worth asking yourself, how many more capable and more trustworthy banks do I drive past when I drive to this bank and this branch.
