Poor service. Go across the street to BECU for a much better experience!
I have been with Bank of America for approximately 40 years now. We’ve had several mortgages and over a million dollars in investments with them. I get surveys from them every single time I’ve had to call their 800 number. I fill out their survey because I know it matters to the representative I spoke to. Why do I know this? Because both my brother and my son worked for them. They actually get marked down if someone doesn’t fill out their survey … which is complete crap! It’s rare to find someone who combines knowledge with such great customer service. Highly recommend!
Polite and courteous have been the standard each time I've had to go inside. Not so much can be said for the internet assistance or call in customer service.
