I have had nothing but positive experiences here, particularly with Julio and during stressful circumstances, like navigating the aftermath of ID theft. I am used to having negative experiences with larger institutions (insurance, government agencies, banks), and it is so refreshing to actually feel supported by a real human being who cares and does their job well. I moved out of the neighborhood, but will return to this location for the excellent service. Thank you.

I have been with Bank of America for approximately 40 years now. We’ve had several mortgages and over a million dollars in investments with them. I get surveys from them every single time I’ve had to call their 800 number. I fill out their survey because I know it matters to the representative I spoke to. Why do I know this? Because both my brother and my son worked for them. They actually get marked down if someone doesn’t fill out their survey … which is complete crap!
