very good service
I was unable to get a simple document notarized after already having it reviewed the previous week and making an appointment. The same document was notarized at a different Bank of America only a couple of months ago. The notary on site was not friendly or helpful in spite of my banking there for decades with multiple accounts.
Bank of America should be ashamed. Horrible service, horrible company. AMERICANS bailed you out and you got worse.
Absolute waste of time. There is 5 employees here and no customers and they could not help with a simple withdrawal. Wasted my time Went to Southcenter franchise and they did exactly what I needed within a few minutes.
