Bank of America should be ashamed. Horrible service, horrible company. AMERICANS bailed you out and you got worse.
Absolute waste of time. There is 5 employees here and no customers and they could not help with a simple withdrawal. Wasted my time Went to Southcenter franchise and they did exactly what I needed within a few minutes.
I found myself in a bit of a stressful situation recently as a new Bank of America client — after my credit card never arrived three weeks after initial issuance (and a month after approval), I had to fly down from Canada for the day just to resolve it in-person. I landed in Seattle around 1 PM and, due to technical issues, hadn’t been able to prebook any appointments before I left.
