The vibes were OFF. It felt more like an interrogation then a bank. The most off-putting bank interaction I've ever had. I left before doing what I needed to do.
It's a bank that can't take cash deposits. Great.
This branch is local for me and almost every time I go in it gets harder to get any service. Claire for one is absolutely brutal at the counter when trying to make payments. I write in cursive on my checks, apparently this is foreign to them. Been doing this for over 40 years, incredible that the bank doesn't recognize this. Time to use a different branch, unfortunately.
