Nga Tran the branch manager is so rude. She has no idea what customer service means. Very unfriendly and rude.
This is krishna last Monday on 28-10-2024 I’m open my new checking account at this branch Mr. Nicholes polan is helping me open my account. He explained me each & everything banking rules & fees I really appreciate him work I wish him good luck
Worst customer service ever . There is a specific employee where she was very unhelpful and wasted time asking my information then she said we don't have time to help you today and you have to comeback on another time. And what makes it worst, it all happen in front of the brach manager and she did not do anything ( not even an apology).
I've been with b of a since 1971. I took a deposit of $53,500 in today. They said the money would be credited to my account over the next 6 days, but nothing today. I took the deposit to b of a in downtown kirkland and the full deposit of 53,500 was credited to my account today. The manager at the Juanita branch was of no assistance. Refuse to give me credit for the deposit today.
I have been banking with B of A at Juanita branch for over 30 years. I have three business accounts and my personal accounts there. I have always found them to be professional, competent, and a pleasure to work with. Their current branch manager, Nga Tran, who I have known for at least 25 years, is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. She is always willing to help with any issue I've had, and she always does so with the most pleasant attitude you could ask for.
