My family and I have been loyal Bank of America customers for over 15 years, but after this experience, I’m questioning our future with them. The issue was eventually resolved, but Bank of America’s customer service phone system is a disaster, especially for elderly customers. Dominic at the branch was the only reason this issue was finally fixed. good location but they don't do all the notaries, only real estate related as they told me.
No wonder I don't bank here, almost an hour and can't open an account? Worthless
Opened multiple accounts with them and also had notary services done, working with Rama and Sonny. Not sure why the ratings are so low, friendly folks that work earnestly.
