We had an appointment and were assigned to Mr. Li. He was beyond helpful and was very patient with all of our requests, which took about 40 minutes to complete!! My parents wanted to make a few changes, and let's just say it was a bit complicated! It was helpful that he spoke fluent Cantonese as well! That is hard to find! Everyone in the branch was friendly and there was never a line either at the teller.

Very professional staff. Well prepared! The manager is doing a great job, working very hard and even knows most of his customers by first name basis. Keep doing a great job!

a black man walks into this bank asks for a notary and is told to have a seat. waits 10 min and then a white couple walks in asking for the same thing. the black man is told from the manager no appointments are available today and asked to come back another time. the white couple with no appointment either is seen immediately, but tells the black man he can go before them. terrible when the couple notices the injustice but the establishment is happy with the level of prejudice at the branch. why was it more important to see ... read more
