I previously left a negative reviews and feel bad for doing so. I had an issue with my new account and the staff did jump in and took it seriously, and addressed right away. They are helpful. I wish they had a more efficient process to see a banker and fulfill a new banking need without making an appointment, but I understand that is the current state of banking service.

I would give a negative score if I could. I would change but have too many accounts and credit cards linked for family/business. 40 year customer and I receive no personal service.

I’m a 37 year customer of BoA. This particular branch has declined in their customer service consistently for the last 5 years under the management of a highly unprofessional branch manager. There’s been a lot of turnover. Tellers are kind and professional, but not well supported by their management. I go out of my way not to go into this branch. I’ve also moved all of my business accounts to KeyBank because of this lady’s unprofessionalism. Very happy with my decision.

Please avoid this location at all costs. The customer service here is absolutely terrible, and the store manager is shockingly rude and unprofessional. Every single time I’ve visited this branch, I’ve walked away frustrated because nothing ever gets done. Today was the breaking point. I had just stopped by only five minutes ago to deposit cash and request a replacement debit card since mine was lost. I visited the Bank of America branch at 3:50 PM, well before their closing time at 4 PM. However, I was told they couldn't assist me because they were "closing soon." This is both unprofessional and disrespectful of customers' time. If the branch refuses to handle services for several minutes before closing, they should adjust their advertised hours accordingly. Very disappointing experience!
