Certainly, here's a refined version of your review: --- I visited the Bank of America branch at 3:50 PM, well before their closing time at 4 PM. However, I was told they couldn't assist me because they were "closing soon." This is both unprofessional and disrespectful of customers' time. If the branch refuses to handle services for several minutes before closing, they should adjust their advertised hours accordingly. Very disappointing experience!
The staff at this branch was quite rude to my wife (30+ year customer) last Friday who came in to ask for a timely notarized signature needed that day. The teller and manager refused to help even though my wife was willing to come back later that day at their convenience. She was told they were too busy to help her even though only one client was in the bank. They told her to go to the UPS store, and 5 min later it was done by UPS at a cost of $15.
