I visted this branch of BoA, addressing to 12424 Totem Lake Blvd NE Kirkland Wa, 98034, yesterday on 10/17/2025 because I wanted Casher's check for car dealershop . But the manager ,he said to me he was who was wearing a green short sleeve(?) so rude and never , ever kind that he should need to be retrained in basic manners toward customers .He did not seem quilified to be manager at all.
