Every day I pass by drug users passed out in front of the ATMs, people leaning against the walls drinking and selling stolen goods. I took a picture of this branch today and one of the people loitering got in my face and told me to stop recording, and then everyone else started threatening me and telling me to leave. They are always helpful and friendly to me.
I can't believe this branch gets under 3 stars, their service was outstanding, much better than any branch I've been to. It cannot be that they got low score so they were trying to bump up the stars by giving me better service either cause I'm giving a review for last year, I just remember to do it now cause I'm here in Chinatown.

July 5th 2024 y’all open 15 minutes late then y’all want me to verify a check and comeback but you didn’t mention we had to wait in long line again for a second time which coulda resulted in a bank teller and security getting dropped and the customer in line bitching about me following instructions. I’m giving a 1 star cause the employees could’ve been dropped right after Fourth of July and I could’ve been possibly hurt for listening to the bank teller that works there .
