The staff and manager are helpful, patient and professional. I have never had a bad experience at this bank!
Immaculate credit, 22 years of paying all my bills on time, in full. Hit by a car, head injury, delinquency occurs. No attempt to contact me before reporting to credit bureaus, no indication of which bureau it was reported to, no effort to remove interest charged, late fees, or annual fees incurred. Lots of legal excuses, and policies, and how it’s “fair” and “accurate” reporting. “We are a big bank we different regulations”. Careful how big your bank is, I guess.
Every day I pass by drug users passed out in front of the ATMs, people leaning against the walls drinking and selling stolen goods. I took a picture of this branch today and one of the people loitering got in my face and told me to stop recording, and then everyone else started threatening me and telling me to leave. This is my neighborhood, my bank, I have zero clue what the security staff at this branch has ever done, ever, because the state of their front entrance (which is always locked) is indistinguishable from a homel... read more
