Customer service was okay. Had better Bank of America experience.
I do all my personal and business banking with BofA, parked here to use their ATM and grabbed a coffee next door - end to end 10 mins parking - came back to a scammy $107 ticket on my car.
This is a new bank for me after leaving Home Street Bank. I'm happy to be back with Bank of America because it's probably been over 10 years.
