Parked here to use the ATM and got a $118.29 ticket from a shady ticketing operator.
Mr Dai, the manager, is outstanding! Good service all around, including investment service.
I also have had the same experience with the ATM that others have had. Used the ATM got a $107 ticket. I have contested the ticket, but they said I wasn't a customer.
Do better Bank of America. I received a $107 "ticket" from the private lot operator at your business for around 15 minutes of parking on a Sunday I will avoid this lot and doing business with Bank of America in the future.
Parked my car to use the ATM for 3 min and got a $107 dollar parking ticket. When I checked my camera there is a unmarked Camry (100% tinted windows) parked 2 cars next and guy literally walks out and gives me a ticket under 1 min while I was gone. Total SCAM BOA should def fire this company!
