This is a new bank for me after leaving Home Street Bank. I'm happy to be back with Bank of America because it's probably been over 10 years.
No wait friendly service
Got a $107 parking ticket after parking my car and using the ATM. They just assumed that I was there for SeaWolf bakery or another business. I was luckily able to dispute the ticket, but wanted to share my experience so others know to avoid this location. I truly believe a BOA staff member is the “parking monitor” due to how quickly the ticket was placed on my car. Extremely bad practice of this place. Parked on Saturday for ATM transaction, the branch is not even open. Return to the car to find a $107 parking envelop from a private parking enforcement company. I will fight this stupidity to the end. Will report to BBB and CFBP and encourage everyone to do so. The company is called Parking Revenue Recovery Services. BofA clearly doesn't want customers by using this service.
