I had an extremely frustrating experience at Bank of America. I went in with a simple request to close my account, but it turned into a long and stressful process. The staff seemed unprepared and lacked the knowledge to handle this basic task. It took over an hour of back-and-forth for them to figure out what needed to be done, and the attitude throughout the process was unhelpful and dismissive. This level of inefficiency and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially for such a well-known bank.

Stopped by to get some quarters for my kids. This place is near empty for 10 mins. No workers, just me and another customer. This location only opens 9-4, shorter than regular working hours. Still such low efficiency?
I had a very disappointing experience at this bank. There were not enough staff members, and after asking me to wait, I ended up sitting there for 40 minutes. Eventually, an employee came over just to tell me they couldn’t assist me and that I should resolve the issue myself over the phone. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
