I came to this branch the other day and stuff wasn’t working but the branch manager who I worked with before name haven or Havan did everything she could to help me and you know what she did it all without a teller all the while she was so kind, helpful, and understanding ! My second experience with this manager and I have to say Thank you!Â

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Bank of America. I went in with a simple request to close my account, but it turned into a long and stressful process. The staff seemed unprepared and lacked the knowledge to handle this basic task. It took over an hour of back-and-forth for them to figure out what needed to be done, and the attitude throughout the process was unhelpful and dismissive. This level of inefficiency and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially for such a well-known bank.Â

Stopped by to get some quarters for my kids. This place is near empty for 10 mins. No workers, just me and another customer. This location only opens 9-4, shorter than regular working hours. Still such low efficiency?Â
