Never been in a Dollar Tree, but I imagine if they had a bank it would be like this. Next up will be damage control team responding saying sorry, so disappointed, etc. Cheaper to pretend to give a damn than actually trying.
I was greeted when I entered the location and asked what I came in for, which was a nice start. However, this branch has only one counter for customers, with a chair where you can sit and complete your transaction. The wait time was longer than expected since they assist one customer at a time. There are not enough workers and the employees don’t care about working quickly. We had to wait an hour before even getting assistance.
Crappy service…Employees/Tellers eat at the desk and keep customers waiting even without acknowledging people waiting for over 10 minutes
