Debit card deactivated due to possible fraud (Thanks for having my back & declining charges BOA!) So had to go in to get some cash for the week. Even though debit card deactivated, all I needed was it & DL to access my account (INSIDE w/Real People!). Again, HAPPY BOA has such great fraud protection on debit card!
I have never experienced such disrespect in all my life. Today my daughter came in the branch to cash a check from her stocks from her previous job. The teller looked at my daughter and ran the check twice. When she called customer service because she had activity on her portal they told her that it was being held due to a suspicous fraudelent check. If you are a African American please do not go to this bank yesterday I decided to go into the bank to deposit a check I had from a past job I invested in stock when i walked in I felt it was going to be something but I was just to tired to go to another bank due to the fact I work at a hospital overnight. Predatory gotcha fees, horrible customer service, god help you if you had to call them, they will spam you with Merrill lynch calls and nonstop. Never ever ever using this bank again. Truly terrible. They represent everything that is wrong w/ banking system
