I am disappointed with this location and the lack of support offered. After noting an obvious hack to my account and calling the customer fraud line, I was advised to go to my local Bank of America location. When I arrived, I was ignored by the manager (who I will respectfully not name) and offered very little help. I've been a customer of this bank for about a year. Whenever I've needed to go to the branch, I've been very well received. The staff are great and the manager is wonderful. Just today I needed to go there to resolve an issue with an international transfer and everything went smoothly, simply and with great kindness from them. I really appreciate that. :)
Was helped by Beshoy today as I had to send a wire. He took me right back without a wait and did an excellent job at putting the wire together. Great experience! Beshoy is friendly and competent.
