Was helped by Beshoy today as I had to send a wire. He took me right back without a wait and did an excellent job at putting the wire together. Great experience! Beshoy is friendly and competent.
Worst BOA I have been to. They try to make it darn near impossible for you to get YOUR money.
The front desk lady Shamim was unprofessional, she explained an issue in a very rude manner.
