I am banking with them over 10 yrs. I went to deposit some checks. Few checks always came in my name and most to my business name. It is business account and single member pllc. As this is single member llc it is fine if checks comes with my name. This was told by my other branch bank of American banker. When I told teller about it still she call higher persons took over 15 min to investigate and accepted those check. Shame on them not trusting me even I had been doing same over 10 yrs with them. went to get a wire done. Was told 20 to 30 minute wait or I can make an appointment. I asked if I can make an appointment for same day ( it was 2 PM). I was told no appointments available.I asked if I should come back in 20 minutes or 30 minutes. I was told I could come back but since I would be considered a walk in, if someone else came before, I would then have to wait again. My husband and I came to this branch today and had a very pleasant customer care experience. Upon entering, we were greeted by Angela. She listened attentively as I told her the reason for our visit. Thereafter, she politely asked us to be seated. Within minutes, Lauren came and introduced herself to us. Truly bad customer service. Here to close a CD account (post maturity) been waiting 45 minutes. They should shut this branch down.
