The current rating of this location says it all. Please avoid going to this branch. I'm not sure if it's the lack of training or unwillingness to help customers. I booked an appointment to update my address. Even without verifying my details or checking my account, I was sent back and asked to come at a later date.
I called several times over several days and they did not pick up the phone once. A lot of reviews are confirming this issue
awful location. i’ve been using BOA for personal, business, and as a merrill preferred customer for a while, i have never been to branch this bad. Manager was unhelpful, talked to me like i didn’t understand anything, and in turn did not help with what I came in for. Something that other locations have no problem doing. Highly recommend avoiding this location at all possible. (If you need banking help you should drive to the location on Preston and Lebanon where they actually care.)
DON’T COME HERE, ESPECIALLY “NON-CUSTOMERS!!!” Worse banking experience EVER! Unheard of “protocol and procedures.” Had a check that was issued from BANK OF AMERICA that had two names on it (both parties present) but was told it couldn’t be cash as it was a “manager exception.” Mind you the check was only $750!? If concerned the check was fraudulent, could you not verify the check on YOUR system!? Lack of knowledge is clearly evident. AVOID AT ALL COST!
