This bank is too big to care. While the local branch is full of kind people, they have no authority to change the ruthless policies set by corporate headquarters. I’ve had many frustrating experiences, but this week’s encounter was the final straw—it’s prompted me to switch banks, which is no small task. Great customer service by Miriam, the Asst. Manager and Elyse, the Rep. They were courteous, understood my issue well and worked to solving it. It’s still not resolved but will definitely be reaching out again as requested.
The current rating of this location says it all. Please avoid going to this branch. I'm not sure if it's the lack of training or unwillingness to help customers. I booked an appointment to update my address. Even without verifying my details or checking my account, I was sent back and asked to come at a later date.
I called several times over several days and they did not pick up the phone once. A lot of reviews are confirming this issue
