The security guy stands there scrolling his phone all day. When I entered the building he snarled at me and muttered "Sup". Pretty unnecessary to have this completely worthless "security" employed at this facility.

I came to this branch with a cashier’s check made out to Merrill, thinking I could deposit it into my Merrill account based on information I found online. That part turned out to be incorrect, but what I truly needed was clear and accurate guidance. Instead of verifying the rules, both the teller and the lobby specialist confidently told me that the check had to be reissued in my personal name, and that in any case I would need to return to Wells Fargo to have it rewritten.
