This is a bit silly because it is in regards to the World Cup Bank of America free charm bracelet promotion, but I called multiple Bank of America branches asking if any of them had bracelets left. This branch told me they still had some and that I would be able to swing by and pick a bracelet up. Today I visited Bank of America. The staff were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They helped me quickly change my account type, clearly explained all the options, and resolved my issue right away. The service was fast, efficient, and there was very little waiting time. I am very satisfied with the experience and the excellent customer service. Thank you for your help!
Nice lil branch tuck away in cap hill. Good management and tellers and very alert and professional armed security posted outside at front entrance/ATM. Can't get any better than that!
