Why is the bank empty? Literally I walked in there was no tellers at the desk. And Im standing waiting and nobody is coming out. Im highly confused
They have a parking spot set up for customers. I parked here to use it after banking and someone gave me a $115 ticket through their private parking enforcement agency. Pretty wild and terrible customer experience from this branch.
This is a bit silly because it is in regards to the World Cup Bank of America free charm bracelet promotion, but I called multiple Bank of America branches asking if any of them had bracelets left. This branch told me they still had some and that I would be able to swing by and pick a bracelet up. I was super excited, as I spent 3 hours the day before at Pier 62 to try and get a bracelet from the Bank of America booth all to be turned away right at the end because they ran out well in advance of when they said they would sto... read more
