Worst experience ever. The skinny guy who go around with the tablet who work closer to the Bank desks cubics. White guy skinny so rude don't help people. DONT HELPFUL. MEAN.TRY OUT ALL THE PEOPLE DONR HELPUL

I had a great experience at Bank of America, especially working with Cheryl. She was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful, making everything smooth and stress-free. The rest of the staff were just as welcoming and efficient — you can really tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend this branch for their excellent service!
Poor service. Online is much better.
Horrible Bank! Extremely unhelpful service, they only refer you to “online banking” which is a joke of a service itself. We have transferred everything out of this bank due to multiple horrible experiences with them. Would not recommend.
