I had a great experience at Bank of America, especially working with Cheryl. She was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful, making everything smooth and stress-free. The rest of the staff were just as welcoming and efficient — you can really tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend this branch for their excellent service!
Poor service. Online is much better.
Horrible Bank! Extremely unhelpful service, they only refer you to “online banking” which is a joke of a service itself. We have transferred everything out of this bank due to multiple horrible experiences with them. Would not recommend.
Worst experience EVER! I'm a priority customer with my personal account (I was a Senior VP at Merrill Lynch for 28 years, which is owned by BofA) so I decided to open my business account there...big mistake. The account has been open for 3 weeks and I'm trying to wire money so I show up at bank. Can't do it, no one available, go home and do it, I'm told by the women booking appointments.
