Have been coming here for years. All the people working here, especially Mario, are friendly and professional. I am very grateful the branch stays open.
How about letting anyone who wants follow a customer inside the "federally protected and insured" business bullying demanding and falsely claiming familiar relations etc as they station themselves right behind the other individual and video the person's PIN code and even do nothing about the verbal recitation of the pin code outside for their friends while admitting what they're doing and their intentions! How about letting them call for information they have absolutely no rights to and divulging it anyway!!!
Horrible experience working with the teller/associate Mack. First he had no name tag and wasn't dress appropriate for a bank. Putting that aside his customer service was down right ride. If he doesn't work there, change it. Don't let that negativity impact customer which he did. Management really needs to have him go through "Elementary Customer Service 101". He really needs it. Unacceptable the way he treated me (and probably others). I hope the banking center manager or regional takes action
