Horrible experience working with the teller/associate Mack. First he had no name tag and wasn't dress appropriate for a bank. Putting that aside his customer service was down right ride. If he doesn't work there, change it. Don't let that negativity impact customer which he did. Management really needs to have him go through "Elementary Customer Service 101". He really needs it. Unacceptable the way he treated me (and probably others). I hope the banking center manager or regional takes action
While Bank of America itself has its downsides (outdated online banking, confusing offers etc.), I have a very positive experience with this particular branch - especially Eden Edoria. If you are considering Bank of America, I definitely recommend using this branch and scheduling an appointment with Eden.
I tried to use the atm there and it would not give me access inside. Pathetic since I walked 6 blocks to use it. I'm so mad!!!!!
absolutely useless hours of operation. I regret opening a credit card here because I now have to take a day off of work or atleast a couple hours in order to do any banking. Only open 10-4 is useless.
