Amazing service! In and out in 3 minutes to deposit a check.Â

You may find very poor service with no replies to questions via online banking. All branches were closed for a number of years with one partially working ATM on Vista Chino and Sunrise. Staff that couldn't explain their fees and had to refund them after endless complaints.Â
Beware: I came to the downtown branch of BofA at 5 p.m. on both Sunday and Monday, April 27 & 28, 2025. Both ATMs could not dispense $20 bills, again! This is not the first time this has happened. -- This branch need to increase the amount of cash it stores in its ATMs to dispense, or add two more ATMs. -- Now, I must drive to another branch. Ridiculous. I am not happy.Â
