Shauna is amazing. I was standing in the line for probably about 10 minutes. She walked up to me and asked if I needed assistance. I needed a new debit card and I needed to pull out cash. She had me order the card right there in like less than 2 minutes. We got it, downloaded the digital wallet in less than another 2 mins. Got the digital card and walked 10 feet to the ATM, confirmed the new digital card worked and pulled out my cash! All this while the person in front of me was still at the teller 🙏. It should not take a week to get an appointment to do simple task.
Long as lines , super slow cashier check machine was down
This beautifully remodeled Bank of America is very nice. There's really no way there to see a teller and if you need an appointment with the banker you can just call ahead and get one or you can walk in I'm very impressed with the outside decor and everything that they've done to this Heritage building
