I've been with BOA for 20+ years. In fact I was a Nations Bank customer when BOA bought them out. I am so tired of the terrible service here at the Bainbridge Island center. I avoid the place when possible. Supposedly I am a "preferred client". So today, I loaded up my two boys and headed to the bank to help them open a savings account. I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment and they were busy. "You can come back tomorrow" was what I was told. Great local people horrible, horrible customer service by corporate. Nightmare experience trying to close a business account. Wish a no star rating was an option. They even required me to have photo ID to see the bank manager who had called me to come in.
