I had a recent transaction another BoA customer and me, and the other party had a more complex transaction immediately following. The 3 staff member whom I spoke and worked with were extremely helpful, polite, and efficient. They estimated the 2nd transaction would take 30 minutes, and they completed it in 10 minutes. GREAT experience!
Waited more than 30mins for my scheduled appt. This happened more than once. If advisor need more time, then they shouldn’t offer one hour a lot for consumers to book anyways. Also, when you are already late for your next consumer, stop chatting about non business issues
