I had a great experience at the Bank of America branch on Coak Creek Pkwy. I walked in needing to verify a business account, which was a somewhat complex process, and the team was extremely professional and helped me get everything resolved quickly. Monica, Relationship Banker, who was new in processing the type of banking transaction that I needed, was very professional, attentive, and made sure the issue was taken care of in a timely manner. I had a recent transaction another BoA customer and me, and the other party had a more complex transaction immediately following. The 3 staff member whom I spoke and worked with were extremely helpful, polite, and efficient. They estimated the 2nd transaction would take 30 minutes, and they completed it in 10 minutes. GREAT experience!
