Thanks for helping Dear Lu Li, Today I went to the branch and I meet Lu Li she is so nice and helpful employee and I appreciate her being there to help
The don’t have enough employees to help people it’s about 3 times I went to this location but the are telling me to be wait and it take so long to get to one employee and I knew nobody wants such a bank
Made a reservation to open new account for two of us. Lu Li helped us and she was very helpful and patient. The staff were also great and kind. Showed us seat while they were busy and we were waiting. Exceeded expectations after seeing all those bad reviews so I think I need to post some positive reviews here.
This place not only sucks in everyway- they wouldn't even cash a check that is from there bank even with proper ID, information, 100s of check cashed quickly and effortlessly. Not sure why it takes 20 minutes to verify a legitimate check written by the Bank of America
