Unprofessional!!! Absolutely no help and money keeps coming up “missing” from our account. Fixing to hit them with a lawsuit. Stay away!!!!!!
I was hesitant to go to this bank due to the heavy negative reviews, but from the moment I entered, I was met with friendly helpful people, great service and all was done quickly and efficiently. Thank you all. I only caught the name of one person, Rachel, but the teller at the sit-down window was pleasant and helpful, as well as the sign-in woman with the long blonde curly hair. Thank you all!
This bank in Killeen needs more front end tellers. The poor ladies there get swamped all the time, they need a little help. You have plenty of people to open accounts and loans give the front some attention.
