The staff here has been so helpful throughout my banking experience. I've always made an appointment with Veronica and she's the most professional and helpful banker. I appreciate all bankers and the manager at this location.
Rudest front desk I’ve ever met
Doubled book my appointment. Then went on to tell me why they couldn't noterize my document. Went to a different branch in a different city, no issues what so ever.
Once again they suck. I told the cashier. I need the check cashed! And then depostited!!! It's happened to many times. They just deposit the check then I can't access my money till the next day!!!!!! I hope all banks/bankers are the first thing AI replaces yall are worthless!!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot recommend this Bank of America branch ( Kenmore) enough. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was positive, warm, and incredibly welcoming. We were assisted primarily by Afshan, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was not only super friendly but also incredibly patient and knowledgeable.
