How about a negative 10? Go in to cash a check that came from a Bank of America customer and they want to charge me 8 bucks. That's why I do not have my money in a bank, and will tell this to every person who asks. ...gee, and they responded quite quickly to my review with a standard "form letter" of apology that meant less than nothing....
Terrible service, never answer the phone, they offer virtually nothing for a business account unless you pay for it. They won't even comp a $15 cashier's check when they fail to deliver your checks on time, which is a month wait by they're standard delivery. This place is trash.
This branch is, in my opinion, the best BA in the Seattle area. Shout out to Amanda for helping me with my account.
This bank is worthless! I tried to fix a problem with my account. The manager said, and I quote, " we don't do anything here". Pathetic Ron Update... Anyone notice in the response there was no phone number given? Pathetic
Just opened a safety locker box with Mak and had a seamless experience! He was kind and professional! He even helped make sure everything fit and went well! It’s under construction so I was concerned as first, but make put me at ease and took care of all my needs!
