Doubled book my appointment. Then went on to tell me why they couldn't noterize my document. Went to a different branch in a different city, no issues what so ever.
Once again they suck. I told the cashier. I need the check cashed! And then depostited!!! It's happened to many times. They just deposit the check then I can't access my money till the next day!!!!!! I hope all banks/bankers are the first thing AI replaces yall are worthless!!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot recommend this Bank of America branch ( Kenmore) enough. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was positive, warm, and incredibly welcoming. I’ve been with this branch down there in Kenmore for over 40 years . They have gone through phases and changes over the years, but the people that work there now are all quite polite and if they’re charging you for something, it’s not their Bank’s fault. Actually, I went into to see about getting a notary stamp and they told me to go to UPS it was cheaper and the next time was for a money order they told me to go to the post office as it was more reasonable .I was advised when my husband passed not to close our account out f... read more
