They called 15 mins before appointment and said we don’t do notary. Then why would they accept the appointment?
Line was short, went in and got my business done. Also they got 4 ev chargers which is nice, although they aren't the fastest.
You guys are TERRIBLE!!!! I literally WASTED my ENTIRE one-hour lunch break waiting for you, and jumping through hoops to cash a PAYROLL check. It should not be this hard this hard to cash a check just because I don’t have a BOA account….especially when I come in on a BI-WEEKLY basis going back to December. It took 3 tries to cash this check I received TWO WEEKS AGO. So glad I never opened an account with you guys. This is ridiculous!!!
Date of Service: Oct 12th 2023. Went for accounting opening. Was treated beautifully from the the entry of the door till i exited. I was served by Tirthank Shah. 10/10 rating for him. Super calm and detailed banker. Couple of things which wanted me to give him and the branch a 5 star : 1. Tirthank's customer service etiquette's are spot on. 2. No wait time at all. 3. Process was extremely simple. Thank You !
