My review is specific to this branch, not Bank of America. I had an issue creating a checking account online. My account was opened and then suddenly closed within 24hrs. I made a call to Bank of America and I was on hold for 30 minutes just to be told there was nothing they could do. I drove to the closest Bank of America which was this location. Excellent team and always super helpful
Poor service on the phone, called ask a simple question about getting a new debit card and lady Rudely hung up on me. Go inside have issue, call on phone have issue. Just amazing.
