Excellent team and always super helpful
Poor service on the phone, called ask a simple question about getting a new debit card and lady Rudely hung up on me. Go inside have issue, call on phone have issue. Just amazing.
I was very disappointed with the service at the entrance of the Bank of America branch. The woman named Kanaka was extremely unprofessional and spoke to me in a rude and aggressive manner, as if she truly disliked me. This is unacceptable for a customer-facing role.
