She helped me open my account during my first visit, and a year later she was just as professional and supportive when I returned for notary services. Kanaka is consistently helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Truly appreciate her professionalism and the reliable service she provides.
I have had documents notarized at Bank of America over 100 times without issue. For this specific visit, I followed the appointment process perfectly, including providing a clear list of the documents I needed notarized as requested by your system. I came with a question, and the bank employees started discussing the issue I was interested in in their own language (oh yes, of course it was an indian language). Also, the woman who works there decided to be bold and condescendingly told me to "calm down." Terrible service!
My review is specific to this branch, not Bank of America. I had an issue creating a checking account online. My account was opened and then suddenly closed within 24hrs. I made a call to Bank of America and I was on hold for 30 minutes just to be told there was nothing they could do. I drove to the closest Bank of America which was this location.
