The Bank of America Financial Center in South Palm Springs is well managed, and staffed with nice, helpful, experienced employees. I’m writing about how terrific this particular branch is, and not about Bank of America in general. The corporate office mandated layoffs in local branches across the country 3+ years ago, which created longer lines and waits in every Bank of America branch. You'll sometimes have to wait here too. Was waiting here just for my card pin to be changed and got sent out because apparently they were closed, after 45 min waiting there for them to say come back tomorrow is poor customer service I will not come to this BofA again after pulling a stunt like this
