PROS: Opening an account online is simple. I like the mobile app CONS: Only open until 4pm and not open at all on saturdays The depoit holds are outrageous if you cash like a $500 check none of it is available right away and only part of it is available the next day. I made a deposit on 07/01 and most of MY MONEY wont be available to me until 07/07 this is ridiculous and im about to close my account because of this. Long wait times any day , they always have only one Cashier helping.
Won't cash a check without an appointment with a banker. A 50.00 check. What a joke.
This Bank has gone downhill. One teller all the time. ATM allows you only a certain amount. The lines are long it take up all your lunch hour or more. And they are closing and the one they are moving to won't be open till December. Time to change Banks.
Everyone seems to be so negative about this location. I've always had good experiences here, whether I'm using the ATM, drive thru or lobby. I know this location is closing in November and a new location is opening over closer to Jordan Creek. Just wanted to say thanks to the staff at this location for their kindness over the years.
