I have dealt with a lot of banks in my life. This bank is the best one ever. No problems, helpful staff. Accurate statements. Thanks a lot.
Beyond absurd that in the midst of a pandemic you can't get someone on the phone at a physical location. I understand if you need to be closed to the public for safety. That makes perfect sense. But don't have a phone number if there's literally no way to talk to someone at that location. If you aren't interested in having physical branches, then just close them.
I have never had a problem. My transactions are handled professionally and correctly. I like this branch.
I don't know what these posters are talking about. I have four personal and business accounts at this branch for almost 30 years. Though some things BA does can be irritating, the personnel at this branch make it it worthwhile. I wouldn't move our accounts to anywhere else.
