I can't believe this place is closed. I need to get into my box and have to go on line to be able to and not even sure if they can do this on the weekend. They need to shut the building down or provide better service.
This bank is always closed. It says temporarily closed but I think it is permanent. A couple of weeks ago both outside ATMs were inoperative. You are forced to go to the one on Staples and there are huge lines with only two tellers all the time and only 1 teller fir 5 lines of cars. Such horrible service
If you all have to close the lobby can you re-open the motor bank (at least temporarily)?
It's 105° outside!! Leadership needs to have a better solution for their customers! Waiting in line outside for more than 5 minutes in this temperature is ridiculous 👿👎
