Its easy to see why these people have a 2.2 star rating. I was profiled by whatever greeter was there today. Told me he can't make an exception, due to my employer only listing my first and last name on the check. OK, soo my ID proves that and much more and why would t you advise co panies that use your checks to use their employees full names for your comfort? Just say you're closing soon, or you feel like Im a scammer. Don't need to make up some ol' BD. I won't be banking here after this.
Went in today and asked for help with a letter I just needed a witness to watch me sign. No notary required just for someone to watch me sign the document. They said no. Very disappointed. Really thinking about moving my account.
