Bad for cashing checks wait 25 minutes. And a charge for check cashing. Don’t do business with Bank of America in las cruces.
Trying to call the bank to make an appointment and it rings after I've gone through the menu then just gets dropped. Every time I've go there it takes forever to see someone then I try to make an app and no luck.
Mr. Juan Valdez is amazing bank agent. he took really good care of me. He is so articulate and very welcoming man. I highly recommend him and would like to deal with him again in the future for sure. God bless you Juan
