Great customer service, friendly, thorough, courteous. I felt like I could trust Bank of America. Juan Carlos was exceptionally helpful. Everyone I encountered at the Las Cruces branch was extremely helpful. Great place to do your banking.
If I could give negative stars I would. Hours are stupid. You can close at 5 like the rest of the world?? Plus their ATM’s NEVER EVER EVER take cash. What kind of bank doesn’t take cash???? I regularly deposit cash and every time without fail, every single ATM will just spit all the money back out. I will be canceling ALL of my accounts. Terrible terrible terrible bank. I’d choose Wells Fargo’s bs over bofa. At least they have usable ATMs. -10/5
