Excellent Team! It is really important to me to have good customer service when I bank. This is a great group of people. I always feel like a valued customer. Everyone there seems to really care about giving you great service. I also like that I see a lot of the same people there. Not a lot of turnover. I recommend this bank without reservations.Â
On 3/4/2024 I chose this bank since it was closed to my latest house flip in Brevard Co. Although I am aware how to wire money. I feel more comfortable when the Bank Associates assist me. It is a shame that I cannot remember the lady that helped me, but two months after this home flip transaction, she called me to see if I needed help and indicated that she was the branch manager, or assistant manager, nevertheless. This location provided me with great customer service.Â

#1. They don’t even open until 10 and can’t even be bothered to be open for 8 hours #2. They didn’t even allow me to deposit cash into my brother in laws account. They don’t accept cash, only checks into personal accounts. What!?! Whoever would bank with BoA seems less than educated about credit unionsÂ
