I visit this center 2-3 times per week to make business deposits. There is almost always a line when you walk in. I feel so bad for the tellers- I pluralized this but there’s rarely more than 1. Today I overheard a customer verbally abusing the teller - as if she chose to work alone!! I am writing to compliment this teller, Dana, who always works with a smile. Hands down the worst bank I’ve ever worked with, randomly closed my business account and help all my business funds for over a month. Corrupted corporation
A bank that can’t even hold bank hours, definitely not a way to help folks who actually work and need to use bank services.
