On 3/4/2024 I chose this bank since it was closed to my latest house flip in Brevard Co. Although I am aware how to wire money. I feel more comfortable when the Bank Associates assist me. It is a shame that I cannot remember the lady that helped me, but two months after this home flip transaction, she called me to see if I needed help and indicated that she was the branch manager, or assistant manager, nevertheless. This location provided me with great customer service.

#1. They don’t even open until 10 and can’t even be bothered to be open for 8 hours #2. They didn’t even allow me to deposit cash into my brother in laws account. They don’t accept cash, only checks into personal accounts. What!?! Whoever would bank with BoA seems less than educated about credit unions
Extremely poor customer service-- I would highly recommend to NEEERVER come to this bank. I make an annual exception to come to this bank during Easter time and pay extra fees since I'm not a banking member (pulled all of my money out of BOA YEAAAAAARS ago because they're awful) & they're still awful. I will never return and you guys keep giving me reasons to keep driving by.
