Sometimes I feel bad because I have not left the review earlier. I'm not really want to leave reviews for big corporations but this is a little different. Honestly I've been coming to this bank for a long time and everyone has been very helpful. I spoke with Ms. Lisa today. Herself and her team members have always been genuinely helpful.

I apologize tor the late review, but on 9/20/24 I had an issue that needed to be resolved at a BOA branch. A teller by the name of Po and the branch manager, Tarun….they both worked diligently to help me resolve my issue and I greatly appreciate it! I was absolutely impressed with Po and her manager’s professionalism and actual dedication to assist me with my complex situation. Phenomenal service! The positive is they do meet you at the door with a smile. Saved them from one star. After that they are super unhelpful. They are patronizing and don’t even try to problem solve. And so slow just for basic banking.
