Made a call to make a simple transfer from one account to another Bank of America account in order to help my elderly grandparents pay their rent. My grandparents were unable to get a hold of anyone at the location via the phone or online and we could not get any virtual online help on the Bank of America website or the Bank of America app. My grandmother has been a Bank of America member for 35 years.I am appalled by the customer service of this company. Do better!

I can see why this branch along with others gets negative reviews. They no longer answer telephone inquiries! So now I have to go into the bank with my question. In the past I could call and speak to someone. Some changes aren’t always positive- thanks!
Don’t have good experience with this center..poor service. Don't have knowlwdge about banking at all, this is my 3rd time experience, when went to d-link my daugher and son's account from my account, they were not able to understand at all..had to repeat multiple times, they even don't have basic banking skills, not sure how they got into financial industry..this branch should change staff immediately without delay
