Got my first paycheck from a new job, understandably after weeks without a paycheck I was desperate to cash it. Bank of America my own bank for YEARS refused my mobile deposit, I went in to the branch and they said they’d cash it if they hold it for a week, which doesn’t work when you have hungry kiddos at home. At this branch, simple client service requests are nonexistent. You will be treated like you have a visable disease. I called the premire client services 800 number regarding an issue I was trying to solve. The associate on the phone assured me (twice) that someone from the branch office would be able to resolve my issue, no problem. Unfortunately, he was wrong.
