Got my first paycheck from a new job, understandably after weeks without a paycheck I was desperate to cash it. At this branch, simple client service requests are nonexistent. You will be treated like you have a visable disease. I called the premire client services 800 number regarding an issue I was trying to solve. The associate on the phone assured me (twice) that someone from the branch office would be able to resolve my issue, no problem. Unfortunately, he was wrong.
