I had a great experience at Bank of America while opening my mom’s bank account. Odalis was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went to the bank after hours to make a deposit. I initially pulled into the drive-thru ATM line, but since the line was long, I decided to go inside to use the ATM instead. When I inserted my debit card to access the door, a lady cracked the door open and rudely said, “We are closed.” I explained that I was only trying to use the ATM inside, but she again stated, “We are closed, use the drive-thru,” and then shut the door.
