Been banking there 3 yrs. When I go to the 380 and 75 location, all are nice, friendly,... Always in and out in under 10 min.
Unfortunately for customers, the 2.3 rating this branch/location has, at least for today, seems to be accurate & fair. Both the teller & branch manager did not fully understand the policies & procedures needed to assist me today. Each gave me inaccurate information, that made this transaction highly inconvenient. The two stars were because they were extremely courteous & while being quite polite provided me information that was absolutely useless.
I had such a great experience working with Alma Garambullo at Bank of America! She helped me open a new account and honestly went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and easy. Alma’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for her customers really stood out. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with all my options.
