I wasted 25 minutes with a CSR by the name of Pamela, who didn't spare any rudeness, disrespect, or arrogance to give me no choice but to stand up and walk away. I have seven accounts in this very branch, with high business performance, and I had the best experience with the GOOD CSR; Mr. Adnan Polat who made me coming to this branch all the time.
