Not enough people working long wait times and line.
I was absolutely furious with how I was treated. Inside the building, a Hispanic lady stood near the ATM with an iPad, clearly helping another customer, but NOT using the machine. I walked up to use the ATM, and without even a proper explanation, she snapped at me in a rude tone: "WE'RE USING THE MACHINE." There was no need to yell. But fine, we let it slide, thinking maybe it was just a misunderstanding. So we went to the ATM outside, only to find it wasn’t working. This location sucks, probably the worst Bank of America location in the US. The Hispanic lady is so rude and mean; she tried to waste people’s time instead of helping customers. I’ll never be back

Customer Services doing a terrible services to the Spanish Speaking but they are very nice with English Speaking. The front desk ladies are very disrespectful. I see the difference from this bank with other is huge difference bank of america they don't respect me like a customer if the start have 0 I put it zero because all personal works there need it a training this topics empathy respectful friendly polite the most important part need it to learning how to treat people.
