I'm not surprised with so many bad review here. Made an appointment to make sure I do not have to wait long time. But still I still have to wait after 22 minutes and still haven't called yet. So what's the point? Very unprofessional! Updated: Waiting 30 minutes. Worth it after Carlos helping us throuhly with passion and profevionalism. Thank you Carlos!!
I will, definitely start looking for another bank, I don't understand why they have a line for business but they don't respect it. , especially in this branch, I already asked how this system works because this is the 3rd time that I have been ignored by the same person, the answer was that they also have to attend to the other line, they told me is one and one. The ONLY reason I'm not giving less is because Susie was phenomenal in helping me close my account and help me through the process. The reason for that is because whoever is at the front this morning at this branch is rude and condescending. Told him I'd been trying for the last week and a half to make an appointment at that location and others but couldn't because the website just wasnting working or processing properly.
