I have a business account with Bank of America since 2008. Even though I wasn’t happy with most Bank of America customer services but I found the one at sugarloaf location has been very helpful for me. One thing I suggest to this location is that they need more employees who can pick up the phone. Other than that they are very nice people. Specially, Stacy, Kendra, Sue and a very nice Indian lady (sorry, I forget her name) overall they are nice people,
