ATM`s, both of them are without cash since March 2020. No cash transactions can be done thru the ATM`s. No cash withdraws or deposits. Doesnt seem like anyone from BOFA cares to fix those issues. Its July now.
The worst location of Bank of America. The worst customer service. Will be better to close this location. And honestly it’s good that it’s closed because of COVID so people don’t waste their time
I should not need to wait for 15 minutes in line. There was only one teller and many people in line.
