I had a great experience. The manger was welcoming, and kind. The banker who helped was friendly and professional about his job. Such an incredible place to open up an account.
Terrible service. I wanted to have a signature certified. The treatment was poor—particularly from the receptionist, mr Williams. Politeness and courteous conduct are among the most essential qualities for reception staff; I will never visit this branch again for the rest of my life.
