I had a terrible experience at this branch. The manager, Julio, was extremely unprofessional and treated me with clear disrespect. His overall appearance and demeanor did not reflect the professionalism expected from someone in a management position. I left feeling dismissed and discriminated against, which is completely unacceptable. I am currently trying to contact corporate to address this matter.
