No one ever answers the phone at this branch. Very frustrating.
The teller does not know how to count money. I was short $100, and when I asked about it, she insisted that my balance was correct on her end. Instead of resolving the issue, she and another manager tried to push the responsibility onto me, telling me to file a claim directly with Bank of America. How can this be considered a good bank if long-time customers can’t even trust the service? You need to do better. Seventeen $20 bills, one $10 bill, and one $50 bill—what does that add up to? Waited for over an hour to get a form notarized. They do not go by who came first in the bank. You can supposedly make appointments online, but even so expect a VERY long wait. Have never waited so long at any other location or bank.
