The worst banking experience I've had across multiple continents. They are completely unable to follow simple instructions, and treat you very poorly as if it's your fault! Closed my account because of the ineptitude of this particular bank. Smiling faces trying to be courteous but what I really need is professional service which this place lacks. Latest issue occurred when I was required to go to the bank to submit a case of fraud for a particular BOA credit card. It turns out that they closed the WRONG card. They are inept.
