The manager here is rude and unprofessional- and made me feel unsafe. I waited in a long line for a cashiers check for a big purchase (car), and the manager asked me what I was using the money for, then continued to press- asking me questions, and when I told her she demanded more information on the type of car and asked if I really wanted it. It felt completely inappropriate and uncalled for. All while the 12 people in line behind me could hear. I was so uncomfortable and nervous…
The most inconvenient bank of all. Tellers are slow, ATM machine is slow. I have got to change to another bank. Horrible service!
How can non-professionals work here? They make mistakes in documents and do not want to correct them! This is not a bank - this is a very bad office! DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OF THIS BANK!
