I generally work 8am -5pm. I left office early to make a banking transaction i arrived at the branch at 4:45pm and this location was closed. Bank of America hours of operation has changed over time which make it difficult for the working population to come into a branch and conduct business. I wish you would consider longer hours on Friday's to accommodate the working population
This Bank of America location is out of control. I attempted to withdraw money at the ATM from my account. The ATM returned my debit card with a “transaction canceled” message. Despite this, $374 was withdrawn from my account. The bank informed me that I should contact the ATM manufacturer, but I discovered that the ATM is managed by Bank of America. I filed a police report, and an investigation is underway.
