Been calling the branch for a whole week now, no one ever answers the phone nor do they call back. Very poor service, will not be banking here.
December 23rd and this bank has one teller working the counter. The line is long. Same story every time I come into this bank. I’m sure Bank of America is saving money by not staffing the facility but this is shabby customer service. This bank sucks.
I waa at atm to withdraw and was having some trouble. The guy I met was very helpful and I asked him some questions about the kind of accounts they have. The guy went above and beyond and answered all my questions and was very transparent about fees n everything. I might open an account in future
