This Bank of America location is out of control. I attempted to withdraw money at the ATM from my account. The ATM returned my debit card with a “transaction canceled” message. Despite this, $374 was withdrawn from my account. The bank informed me that I should contact the ATM manufacturer, but I discovered that the ATM is managed by Bank of America. I filed a police report, and an investigation is underway.

… after waiting 15 minutes in line he made my deposit. Was about to walk away to help someone and I said “can I just have my stuff back, I’ve been here for 15 minutes” he said in a snide tone “it’s only been a few minutes, that’s why we have atms and online banking” Absolutely rude
