It used to be a good branch, but since the latest staff rotation, they have been incompetent and understaffed. They literally call the BofA Call Center to answer your question. Might as well skip the trip and call the help center by yourself. If you need a teller at the counter, good luck, and plan some time.
Horribly understaffed. With just one teller at the counter, you'll wait in line forever.
The service in general are to slow, I went to make a cash this morning then the teller said can’t find a matching signature , they make me wait like more than 25 minutes. Very sad
This branch refused to take my check despite the fact that it was double endorsed as the BOA policy states is allowable for transferring a check made out to two people into an account of one of them. There was no real explanation other than it “would be returned” which given the policy language is not sufficient. This incongruence between the policy and the stated reason my check was not accepted leaves me wondering why I was denied this service. Celimar Diaz at the Westfield Branch is an Absolute SUPERSTAR!!..She is so easy to work with, so versed in all areas of banking, fastidious, timely on returning calls or emails and SUPER CARING to all the needs of her clientele. Celi gives you that OLD SCHOOL personal attention that is ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE to be found these days.... So it goes without without saying I would highly suggest that if you are looking for a Bank and a Team ,I would suggest you go speak with Celi and or the rest of the Team!! Thank you Celi
