Celimar Diaz at the Westfield Branch is an Absolute SUPERSTAR!!..She is so easy to work with, so versed in all areas of banking, fastidious, timely on returning calls or emails and SUPER CARING to all the needs of her clientele. Celi gives you that OLD SCHOOL personal attention that is ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE to be found these days.... I applied for a mortgage at Bank of America and its worst bank Michelle Brown doesn’t care all they care is to trap you in paying applications fees I felt harassed and violated they collect all my personal information after 45 days off process they denied the property I would not recommend anybody to apply at Bank of America wast of time and money
