Lady at the cashier desk doesn’t have a capacity to help customers. I have three business and a personal accounts with Bank of America. I was there to get some change. She told me to wait. I waited like 15 minutes. She was pretending like I’m not there and nobody showed up and I had to leave without getting what I needed very unprofessional. I would say this is the worst Branch ofBank of America.Â

I have to say if you told me to give a review about BOA, 16 years ago - I would give the worst possible one. I went to the Rocky Hill branch and needed help a week ago. I was VERY skeptical that anyone would even try to help me. I had the worst opinion about BOA for a personal reason that happened to me. I was extremely surprised by Mrs Desi, Mrs Sree and the lady manager ( I’m sorry, but I don’t remember your name; but there is only one manager of the bank! ).
