I’ve been banking at the Rocky Hill BoA for almost 25 years, from a simple checking account to later including credit cards, home mortgages, and HELOCs. This longevity and range of products is all due to the personal attention I’ve received over the years at this particular branch office, especially by the knowledgeable, professional, and affable Herman. I recommend asking for him by name if you are ever considering starting a new banking relationship in the area.
Lady at the cashier desk doesn’t have a capacity to help customers. I have three business and a personal accounts with Bank of America. I was there to get some change. She told me to wait. I waited like 15 minutes. She was pretending like I’m not there and nobody showed up and I had to leave without getting what I needed very unprofessional. I would say this is the worst Branch ofBank of America.

I have to say if you told me to give a review about BOA, 16 years ago - I would give the worst possible one. I went to the Rocky Hill branch and needed help a week ago. I was VERY skeptical that anyone would even try to help me. I had the worst opinion about BOA for a personal reason that happened to me. I was extremely surprised by Mrs Desi, Mrs Sree and the lady manager ( I’m sorry, but I don’t remember your name; but there is only one manager of the bank! ).
