ATM STEALING MONEY FROM BANK ACCOUNTS. Do not use this drive up ATM. Twice in the last year this atm has told me my card has insufficient funds (false both times). The bank still takes the money from my account after saying there is not enough. The first time was a week before christmas. I disputed the transaction and got the money back 2 weeks later I did not think this would be a reoccurring issue but it happened again this week. The first time I went in it was great. I needed to return a week later. I called the main line and was told they closed at 5. I got there at 4:01. Closed! Really?
Lobby isn't even open 8 hours... I need into my safety dep. Box and these people have the worst hours of operation. I'd have to leave work super early or go in super late in order to do business. Frustrating as ever.
Do not go to this bank for mortgage or home loans. We’ve attempted multiple times to schedule an appointment to see someone for a home loan. There is only one person at this branch who can do home loans and either we have shown up at our scheduled appointment time and he just isn’t there or we get a call 2 hours before our scheduled appointment time saying that he isn’t there.
