This location is the worst and I despise the managers here they’re unprofessional to the max
This place is not what it used to be. I have been a Bank of America customer for over 8 years. I am considering closing my account due to having a bad experience. My husband can't access our joint account and the employees had him waiting in the WRONG LINE for more than 15 minutes with a 1 year old chuld. Then lead him to the correct lime that is a another 30-45 minute wait. Employees are not on the same page with protocols and do not consider people with children.
