Worst BOFA branch I’ve ever been to. Idk why are they even there, when de dont wanna help their customers.
Places closes before business hours, will not allow anyone in. ATMs they have 4 walking outside, but each time only 1 is working. They take my card, miscount cash deposits. Drive thru Atms also malfunction causing a 5 minute drive in an out to several minutes on the ATM, causing others to wait longer than needed. Had the system restart at 10pm with my atm card inside twice. Even worst neighborhoods have better bank services, than this branch. They allow begars to walk up to you while using the ATM, harmless to me, but can be... read more
