One of the worst bank I got here, 30 minutes before close time she had a client she finished already 20 minutes early before close she said no I cannot send the money. I cannot do wire. They don’t care about anything. They don’t want anybody business business.

At BofA you are the product. Their only focus is making money off you,. There is no quid pro quo where you also get something out of it like good customer service or decent interest or a favorable loans -- it's all take, no give.
