Mr. Shady was very polite and professional. 11/10 and 5 star only because of him.Â
Very rude tellers. One lady kept on chatting with the client who is being helped by her colleague, while three of us are waiting to be helped for more than half an hour. She talked about her family and kids in a great details when she could've helped us. Another teller seems like he doesn't know what he was doing and was very condescending. He somehow makes me feel bad for trying to withdraw my own money from my own account by snickering (!?) when I told him I want to withdraw more than what the ATM allows. DON'T TRUST THE BANKERS HERE. Their professionalism is absolutely the worst and they give you questionable if not outright wrong advice on their own products. I was recommended by them to apply for their auto loan, with them knowing I'm an international student. After my application was completed, I was informed that they actually don't give auto loans to people on F-1 visas, regardless of your credit score.
