Very disappointing experience. It feels like they’re happy to take our money but unwilling to help with a simple, basic notarization that other banks and businesses handle without hesitation. I really dislike this kind of in-person service where customers are sent away over something so straightforward. Very frustrating and unhelpful experience.
They were under attentive, though someone asked if I needed help, it was still a long wait.

Very bad customer service at Bank of America. The staff did not know basic bank functions or provide correct information. I asked for an account summary letter, and no one was able to clearly explain the process or help properly. It was very disappointing and a waste of time. Customers expect bank employees to be knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, but unfortunately that was not my experience at all.
