Very bad customer service at Bank of America. The staff did not know basic bank functions or provide correct information. I asked for an account summary letter, and no one was able to clearly explain the process or help properly. It was very disappointing and a waste of time. Customers expect bank employees to be knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, but unfortunately that was not my experience at all.
I have been a loyal customer of Bank of America for over 25 years and have always had wonderful experiences with your bank. However, my recent visits to the East Windsor branch have been increasingly disappointing and frustrating.
