the worst service ever! please take your business somewhere else! none of them knows how to helpā¦all they know is wait for the managerā¦Ā
Normally have nothing but awesome feedback for this location- however today I was rushing to get there so I could cash in a couple money orders before they closed. I got there with 3 minutes to spare! I literally was at the door when the associate opened the door from inside to say they were closed- I said "don't you close at 2pm? She said "Yes". But when I looked at the time on my phone it was 1:57pm! UGGHHHH!!Ā
I strongly advise against using the ATM machines at this location. I deposited $300 in cash today and the machine malfunctioned/froze and only calculated a deposit of $50. The bank staff were somewhat helpful, but were unable to resolve this for me. I had to call a 1-800 number and was told that the rest of my money will hopefully show up when the machine resets at midnight..if not, I must call back so a claim can be submitted. Sonia Kakarl congrats us after running hard inquiry on our credit for mortgage loan acceptance, dropping down our score and Then she asked to send w2 and paystubs. The loan experts first check the income making sure the income is enough for the require loan and then run credit inquiry but Sonia does opposite , I am sure I am not the only one complaining about this , never had such terrible experience, she is not detail oriented , each item is asked one by one , a person has to drive all the way long to see her , forgets to r...Ā read more
