One of the worst locations from customer service stand point. I have been coming to this branch for many years coming and have never been able to get anyone on the phone number listed online to make an appointment in advance. Floor manager is extremely rude to clients and needs to be coached and trained by the bank. Bank is always short staffed and personal always have excuses of why every small request takes 30 min to an hour to get done with a personal banker. Lorena was amazing! I’m a first timer for a credit card and I’ve always been worried/stressed about getting one. Lorena explained everything to me perfectly and made me feel super welcomed and comfortable with my visit! I suggest to ask for Lorena on your next visit to this Bank of America :)!Â
